Chris came not only on the coldest day of the year but also on a very icy Sunday. Our furnace quit working late on Saturday, we called around and Aire Serv responded to our need. He was there that afternoon and did not leave until we had heat to warm our home. He figured out a temporary solution until he was able to get the part we needed. No, we did not pay an inflated fee because it was a weekend. I highly recommend Chris Rattray and Aire Serv.
