The service and expertise was fine. We had a misunderstanding of what was being purchased. I was fine paying the corrected price but was stuck with a ml189uh090v48b furnace that was changed out that has never been used. I would like a little help on getting it moved off at a discounted price. it is new and never been used with a transferable warranty. Casa has much better resources to help with this problem.

The service manager himself came out and discovered I had ground up shingles in a hard to reach are and freed and cleared the serious clog.
