After dealing with my home warranty and 3 other A/C companies, I was extremely frustrated. It was a week and a half of fighting, misinformation, and high quotes, Mike to the rescue! He came out and assessed the situation. He explained everything in detail, did not try and charge me for anything upfront, traded in my compressor, and had it working within a few hours, even better than it did before! I don't have anything negative to say and a lot of positives. Mike was professional, polite, on time, and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate breaking down all of the costs.
