A-TX Express provided professional and clear communication, resolving AC problems timely. One customer had a misdiagnosis, returning after hours to fix the unit with a specialty part. Another praised the team for restoring air during a Texas heatwave. After a terrible experience with another company, a third customer was happy with the service. Within 24 hours, a technician diagnosed and submitted the repair, with the team picking up the part and installing it before the weekend. The entire team was professional, responsive, and worked to get the AC back working timely.
We paid them to replace our old AC unit, which always cooled the house to set temp, with a new unit. They said the new unit would cool better and save money. 4 years later and in summer it doesnt cool to temp and runs all day! Our electric bill is astronomical! We have had them out many many times and they can never fix it. Last time I contacted them they said they had went out of business! This yr had a new repairman come out and he said they used a smaller unit than our old AC and thats why its not cooling. Now I'm either stuck with a unit that doesn't work or I have to spend another $10k to replace it! I would not use this company!
I spent a week trying to get in contact with someone here to fix my AC. The guy working there told me multiple times that he’d call me back that day, but didn’t (I had to go with them because my home warranty chose them). When they finally came through after a week, the work was done in a timely manner, but it’s exactly 2 weeks later and my AC is now completely not working.
Does not answer phone calls or return them after leaving messages. Worst contractor with AHS. Look at the rest of their reviews same issues with not answering calls and getting a hold of. Find someone else to do your hvac work. Tanya is the worst to deal with. Also they don’t even have a shop! Look up their addreas it’s a private home. What a joke.
