When I walked into the office,I was greeted & was asked to take a seat & someone will be with me shortly, So Ms. Bianca was my Representative & she was very sweet & took care of my Husband Insurance that was quoted online,and was able to get me a better rate. Thank you & many Blessings

I did not actually go in. But, instead I handled all of my business over the telephone. Every associate that I spoke with was very prompt contacting me back since I needed insurance soon. The best part is that they found a much better price for Auto insurance than I had found searching the Internet, through word of mouth, or on any physical media.

As a customer of 3 years my phone calls never got answered (atleast 10) and never recieved a call back. My basic full coverage went from 170 to 315 over 6 renewals. Called State Farm and got a policy for 120 a month with way more coverage and lower deductable. Would not recommend. I would say bad customer service, but it is more like no customer service.
