Placed service call for AC blowing hot air. Isiah arrived and replaced the capacitor but the unit still not cooling. He said I needed a hard start because of the compressor not coming on and installed one and said unit was okay. About an hour later the tenant called and said the unit was not cooling but went up a degree. Isiah said I needed a new compressor. He was helpful in diagnosing the problem and offering suggestions for remedy.
Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on the early end of the time window and had the a/c up and running in no time. Pricing was very reasonable. The service call on a Saturday was much appreciated.
I have been without A/C for 2 weeks now.
I took several bids and just couldn’t bring myself to commit.
Then I decided to reach out to Henry’s as they have been taking care of me for the last three years. I thought maybe another bandaid , one more summer.
Isaiah Medina was to be my service technician.
He text me and told me he was on his way and arrived promptly.
Communication is key for me. Upon his arriving , he assured me if it could be repaired he could do it. He preformed several task to solve the problem.
