“Placed service call for AC blowing hot air. Isiah arrived and replaced the capacitor but the unit still not cooling. He said I needed a hard start because of the compressor not coming on and installed one and said unit was okay. About an hour later the tenant called and said the unit was not cooling but went up a degree. Isiah said I needed a new compressor. He was helpful in diagnosing the problem and offering suggestions for remedy.”
