Ram came out in a very timely fashion and found the problem immediately. Walked me through the casues and ways to avoid the issue in the future. I Have been using Howell for a decade and they have consistently been an amazing company who puts their customers first. Highly recommend Howell services and Ram!

They were so kind and respectful. Very helpful and cheerful. I can't remember the young gentleman's name now, but he was wonderful. They were super responsive when calling and easy to talk too. We had a fairly minor issue that only took 20 minutes to fix. My mind is at ease, thank you!

Ram originally came out to repair our water heater and after examining it took a lot of time explaining the situation to me with my water heater and all the options. Brandi back at the office worked up a quote to replace my water heater that seemed high to me but I don't purchase water heaters every day. Weeks later I called up Brandi, who called me back immediately, and I placed the order for the water heater. She had the guys out the next day to install. Ram and Elijah were professional, courteous and the installation looks perfect. Those guys really know their stuff.
