Dennis did a great job, and showed up on time and was able to secure for me a very hard-to-find part and complete the repair. Not cheap, but we’ll worth it. Bailey and the rest of the office /dispatch staff were also very friendly, responsive, and kept me well informed as to the scheduling and arrival time slot.3/15/21: called them again after I accidentally broke off the water feed to a toilet, as I was painting around it - the dispatching team (thanks!) were able to send out Jaron next-day, and he and his partner Aaron did a great job fixing it in about an hour.
