Failed to order CPAP for 6 weeks. Had a sleep study and follow up where I was told they ordered a CPAP, and the DME company would contact me in 1-3 weeks. After 6 weeks of calling and messaging on the patient portal, I learned they never submitted the prescription.

I was just told by the lady at the front desk who I thought was the receptionist but apparently she's the one that put the allergens on the back they do not work with children with autism.

My husband was referred to this place for a sleep study more than two months ago. This office texted me saying that our insurance (Aetna) denied the service. That information was false.
I contacted Aetna, and they personally called this office twice while I was on the line. On both calls, Aetna clearly stated that the service was not denied and not canceled. The real issue was that this office never submitted the required medical documentation, despite being told it was their responsibility.
Nothing was ever done. Now I understand why this place has such poor reviews. We will not be moving forward with our sleep study here and will look for a provider that is more...read full review
