I haven't been able to get my allergy injections as prescribed at the Rockwall Office. At my scheduled visiton July 9th I was told they couldn't find my injection bottle so they made an appointment for the next week July 14th. When I got there the second time they said they didn't have any.
What am I supposed to do? I don't think anyone over there cares.

One of the worst doctor’s office experiences I ever had!

I had a known issue and knew exactly what I needed out of the appointment. Instead, they proceeded to try to charge me for every test and upsell me in every service that they could possible offer.

Everything that happened that day showed me that they were more concerned with how to make money off of me and that my health and wellbeing was NOT their priority.

I do not regret my decision to not go back and find an alternate provider.

I agree with all the reviews, this is the worst, I paid on top of my copay another 100 for test that with any other DR. are done in the office without another payment. One of them was to walk a 10 ft section in the hall back and forth for 10 minutes that proved nothing. They are the worst I have ever been to.
