Both the nurse and Dr Taylor were incredible. I really don’t like going to see the Dr and typically wait until things are really bad for me. They were both very polite and easy to talk to. Dr Taylor actually made me feel so much better about my issues and is trying to rule out the worst possibility which is MS by that I have been diagnosed with. Very much enjoyed his bedside manner and how he is going to handle things with me going forward. Most Drs try to prepare you for the worst and give bad advice. None of that was the case with him. Definitely recommend this Dr and facility.
The staff was wonderful and Dr Taylor was very informative - listened and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this office. However- getting there is REALLY complicated and very poorly marked. The signage is at the front road side of the building BUT you have to drive all the way to the back of the building. Many other offices unrelated to Dr Taylor are in between and it was very difficult to get there for older people with a handicap. Finally I found a dig that stated Dr’s Offices around the corner in the RED door!!!
I am a Home Healthcare worker, and have been doing this for over 17 years, including working EMS forever. I am blessed to take care of my patient, and they deserve a amazing Dr.. Anyway, we have been to another Dr., but it just didn't work. He just has a hard time listening to his patients and takes forever to get back to you.. So glad We were told about this Dr. The first visit was awesome... The nurse that came in was very nice. Then when the Dr. came in, he shook our hands and sat comfortably like your gust that comes into your home. Made you feel relaxed. He was very inquisitive and realy listen to my patient.
