They did a great job! I needed a repair following a major plumbing leak. They came quickly after I set up an appointment, worked fast and were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!
Our experience with Schaibly Brothers exceeded our expectations. Previous work done by the former house owner...Schaibly Bros. were able to adjust the old piers (that were installed in 1992 and drilled directly into the house foundation!) They helped lower that side of the house.
We also had 9 additional piers put in on the other side of the house. Since I didn't love my current landscaping, they removed the existing jungle in front of the house. But what surprised me and my husband most was that the kitchen counter and wall were once again reunited! Other cracks in the walls became hairline fractures that are now easy to spackle over.

If you are considering any kind of foundation work I highly recommend Schaibly Brothers! From scheduling an inspection and estimate to scheduling the repair work it was a breeze. The communication with the office was great. I have had THREE different foundation companies come and work on our house which is pier and beam. I have paid a lot of money over the years to try and get the house shifted correctly, and always felt disappointed when they would leave, but was at the mercy of their 'expertise' since I could not crawl under the house to inspect myself.
