The guys at this place may be busy but never have I seen a place stay to finish a customer or customers. I was AMAZED. The staff still looked to be enjoying their job . This store still took care of its customers and I see why people like mat and Daniel are there . Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for honest work from a honest team of guys !
I was heading to rockwall for a Costco trip when my car started making a terrifying sound,(I live out in the country and I had no one to rescue me if I broke down). I called my friend who’s a mechanic who told me to do my best to make it to a car shop asap. When I finally got to Brakes Plus, a man named Daniel came to help me, he was very nice, took all my information and I gave him my keys. I had a cigarette and went across the street for some food by the time I got back my car was ready. Thankfully it was just something that needed to be tightened and not anything serious, so they gave me my keys and I ran my errands and made it home safely and without problem. Daniel was helpful . Came in for an oil change and he explained maintenance and a few repairs needed . Even though I didn’t have the money I appreciate him taking the time to show me what’s going on and even making sure we knock our list out a little bit at a time
