American Homes is the best around! We first visited in the fall of 2024. Ron Hall was amazing. He showed us many different homes and answered all of our questions. We had told him our plans to find land and have a family compound. He also gave us so much advice on AG exemptions and processes. We started our process of purchasing land and getting a manufactured home at the beginning of the year. We were using another company and it was a complete nightmare. We went to American Homes and couldn't believe their unbelievable customer service and attention to detail. Oscar and Robert have worked with us the through the entire process. We closed two weeks ago and they have continued providing us with everything we need and have made our homebuying process seamless and exciting!
