Last week our AC blower motor died. I called this company and was surprised that they were able to send someone out within a few hours. The sad news was that since the HVAC unit is a bit of an off-brand, as installed by the previous owners, it took some time for them to source a new one. But Zach kept me informed and when it did finally arrive he got it installed PDQ. So a shout-out to Zach and Climate Control for their rapid response, good ongoing communication style and obvious first rate knowledge about all things HVAC!
