Centroplex was able to come same day to diagnose uneven air distribution in our house. Dave gave me great advice for options to help and I ended up hiring them for a maintenance plan as well (which I requested because I was so impressed with their service). He went ahead and serviced both units while he was here. He could’ve charged me much more but didn’t try to upsell anything, which made me want to use them in the future. I got fantastic service from Justin. The AC quit running and I was unable to meet him at the site, but he responded quickly, found the problems and fixed them. I appreciate his courtesy, his prompt communications and overall service.
Justin came out quickly and efficiently. He was understanding of the cost savings and what we wanted to achieve to keep our current unit running and not over sell us.
