“We have used Tradesman for the last 5+ years. We live in a rather large home built in 2006, and all three of the original AC units finally failed. Tradesman replaced all three units at a very fair price. Perhaps what I appreciate the most are their high ethical standards. They work hard and professionally. In our world today, it's hard to find individuals or businesses that will 1) Admit an issue 2) Resolve the issue immediately with no questions. “I do not recommend this company. They sent a very nice but very young and inexperienced boy out on Tuesday. He put in $300 worth of coolant and refused to blow out the line. My husband asked what would cause this loss of coolant since the house is only 3 years old. He said many things could. We asked if it could be a leak and he said wait and see. Yesterday it stopped working again. What makes it worse- it is July.“

“Had a gas leak that another plumber was having trouble locating so he recommended his old company and they were firm on a 13k re-pipe and wanted to run the new gas line through the center of my home and have it exposed. Called 3C and Lucas Perez came out, Lucas was extremely helpful and walked me through all my options and didn’t force a decision. Luckily he was able to find the leak after a short period of time and get me set up for the inspection so my gas can get turned back on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 3C!“
