Service use to be really great. I've been a customer for years but the quality of the work is becoming subpar. The customer service is not what it use to be, screaming on the cellphones, talking loudly over clients, when you tell them too tight they don't adjust, uneven and inconsistent braids. I will try the new location to see if the quality and service is better.

Stylist did a very good job and I am loving my hair style, however she started my hair 30 mins late.. luckily I had lots of time on my hand and it was a simple style... luv the convenience close to my home.. definitely will return.

FYI, this is a VERY GOOD REVIEW! I contacted the owner informing them that I had a very rough day at the Westheimer location. I explained the details of the experience that lead up to my frustration. I explained that after getting my hair braided, I looked at my hair when I got home, it was too much hair and too big and just not the style that I was expecting or had presented to them! But they tried to achieve the style. I Explained that I have been a loyal customer for many, many years and have referred SEVERAL people to them. I inquired if they could redo my hair.
