Prior to Selene I went to 2 different hair stylists who not only charged me $450+ for my hair (I have blonde hair) but they also turned my hair ORANGE. Selene does an amazing job and doesn't over charge you for hair either. “I’ve been going to An Salon since they opened, very convenient location for me. I’ve gotten my last 4 haircuts from Jenny - the attention to detail she puts into a men’s haircut can’t be matched. Other stylist in the salon have cut my hair but in my opinion and are good, however Jenny‘s use of different tools and technique show that she’s a level above the others when it comes to a men’s haircut.Edit (04/2024):Shortly after I left this review Jenny was no longer employed by An Salon. There were a few bad experiences after. An older man cut my hair, must have been a language barrier - I said do not fade too high and I’m trying to grow out the top. Then proceeds to do the exact opposite. I decided to give them another chance, after months pass to let my hair grow another man cuts my hair - I say the same thing, not too high and don’t cut my bangs short. I stopped him before he was about to snip my bangs at my forehead.On a different occasion, my wife came to the salon for a trim - she booked with An, however an older man cut her hair. Her hair was noticeably uneven and more evident with her existing highlights - she never returned. Same thing with a friend that went to the salon, but she went back to have them fix it.I’m not going to change the rating, as it’s been a long time since these incidents occurred. And don’t get me wrong, there have been great experiences in the salon however the few bad ones have turned me away for good.“
