Our Whirlpool stacked washer dryer appliance stopped working. I called Berry's Appliances around 4pm on a Thursday and spoke with Juanita, who has been at that location for many years. She quickly gathered all the information and scheduled her technician to come to my location the next morning. He arrived at about 11:30, analyzed the situation, returned to their office for the part, and fixed it by about 12:30. I give Juanita and Theo the highest recommendation. They are knowledgeable and very efficient. Thanks!
