I would like to commend Tommy H. for providing excellent customer service on August 18th. He is truly an experienced technician. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator and took the time to show me the part that had burned out.

He came prepared with his own towel, light, and fan to help melt the ice. When he finished, he cleaned the freezer area and carefully put everything back together.

I really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Tom is an excellent technician and provided outstanding service.

9.2.26 Update - Another dryer issue and another great round of service from Guinco. Gerardo was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took a few minutes to show me what this issue was this time around. Keep up the great work Gerardo and Guico.

Scott was prompt, polite, and efficient. Fixed my dryer quickly and walked me through what the issue was. I highly recommend Scott and Guinco.

Yesterday we had the nicest, smartest technician named Neil who came to help us with our Kitchen Aide refrigerator. He was very kind, patient and professional. It was the first time we had ever used this company and now will continue to use them if we have any issues with any of our appliances. Thank you Neil!!!
