Really pleased with the service received from Scott today. He was fast and efficient, very courteous, explained everything and even brought in a package that was on my porch. I truly appreciate the great customer service

Justin came out promptly this morning to service our machine. We were still within warranty and I was dreading dealing with an appliance tech. You know how it is, they’ll arrive anywhere from 8am-1pm and they won’t be able to fix it or something. Nope, none of that was true with Guinco and Justin. He showed up a few minutes early and went right to work. He even had a part in hand that he suspected would be the problem (based on what I sent in). Very well spoken and well mannered tech. If anything on our machines fail in the future we will be calling this company.Thanks

I absolutely love this company. We've been using them since 2019. All employees are highly professional and experienced.I would personally like to commend Gerardo Delgadillo for his expertise. He's fixed three of my appliances in the last several months. Very knowledgeable about the Whirlpool products!Great job, Gerardo!!!
