UT Southwestern Medical Center at Richardson/Plano

Y'all, this place feels like Disneyland—but for medical visits! First, you walk in, and the front desk staff is friendly. The girl with her duck jokes wins at life. I've seen both a physical therapist and a primary care doctor; they are both excellent and want to understand the full picture, not just your symptoms. If you need blood work, that's the place to go! Dana, the front desk girl, is like a comforting mom. And the phlebotomist actually knows what they’re doing! Moving to McKinney, but I may still drive in for that quality of service!

I’ve had 7 months of PT with Tibin and I highly recommend him as well as the facility.

I’m always in and out in a punctual manner, never long wait times and we get right to it once the session starts.

Tibin has been great. He’s chastised me when I deserved it (high heels right after a major foot surgery) and encouraged me when I had a (self inflicted) set back. He provided a variety of exercises so it never got stale and now I have a huge list of things I can do at home. He allowed me to change my personal goals and push further once I was seeing a lot of progress. He didn’t unnecessarily extend the PT visits, and released me when we both agreed it was time.

I have to have blood drawn frequently, and it gives me a lot of anxiety. I have seen Lovely at UTSW Richardson twice now, and both times have been such positive experiences. I don’t even feel the needle, and she does a wonderful job keeping me calm. Thank you so much, Lovely!
