“Parking varies depending on the time day of day. But beautiful facility, that offers various props such a ropes, mats, blocks, blankets, etc that our tailored for your comfort. While they don’t offer pregnancy yoga sessions, I regularly attended slow flow/gentle flow classes that were gentle enough for an expectant mama. I’d have to say Kerri Silver is simply the best! She is very encouraging to beginners, and provides a judgement free zone. I will only attend her sessions now :)“

The perfect pressure was used and the techniques she used really worked out a lot of my pain points. I didn't want the massage to end at all. The atmosphere was so relaxing and smelled amazing. “Hope For A Helpless Gut I’ve had gut issues my whole life, even as a baby I had problems and needed special attention regarding food and treatments.
