I normally do not have any problems with bugs, but recently I had a carpenter ant issue. I called a few exterminator companies and they all wanted to start by selling me an annual subscription service that would address a wide variety of insect problems that I was not experiencing. Instead of starting off by helping me find a solution to my actual problem, they were leading with selling me services that I didn't care about. Not one of them offered to come see the issue first. Great service... Nice to work with Sergio Diaz and now Alex Ramirez who is new to the team... very positive attitudes and very knowledgeable... Enjoy having Sergio as our service tech especially with all the past experiences and other companies!

Massey Services proactively called me to come out and provide an additional rodent inspection service - and Walter came out and did a thorough inspection, gave me an honest, upfront assessment of what I needed and got me taken care of on the spot. Walter was professional, friendly, honest and efficient. I highly recommend Massey for your pest, rodent and mosquito control needs.
