MyEyeDr. provides an exceptional experience with its friendly and professional staff. The doctors, including Dr. Black and Dr. Tran, are kind, polite, and take the time to ensure patients feel comfortable and unhurried. The office is fun and engaging, making even a routine eye exam a pleasant experience. The staff, including Kenny, are detail-oriented and knowledgeable, ensuring glasses fit perfectly. With a focus on personalized care, MyEyeDr. builds long-term relationships with its patients, making it a trusted choice for vision care.
Not all locations are the same.
I had a not so great experience at another location. I felt like I was out of luck. But then I went to the Richardson, Texas (2000 N. Plano Rd) location and found a totally different environment.
My experience here was beyond expectations.
First. See Lyndee. She listens. She hears. She reacts. She immediately with no hesitation was able to fix the problems I had encountered and restored my faith in myeyedr.
Not once. Not twice. But today was the third time I met with Lyndee. All three times she was professional. She was sympathetic to my story. She resolved every issue I had with sheer excellence and grace.

Great service! Staff was very professional , communicative, and timely. Their work was excellent , helping me navigate my options and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I’ll definitely be scheduling my next eye appointment here.
