I have worked with Mo on recent computer/software issues, usually when things go south of course. He always figures out the problem and the solution in a timely manner. He is professional and very patient with a non-computer mentality like mine. He's excellent at walking me through the steps and somehow it all gets figured out. He's my 'go to' when I need problem solving.

This a great IT support company. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all sorts of products. They help anything from password issues to any type of computer hardware and software issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing it support for home or business.

This was the first time our non-profit organization has worked with an IT company and it was a wonderful experience! We had horrible networking issues before this. No one could connect to the internet and the productivity of our team was lagging because we couldn't get any work done. 360 IT came and diagnosed what the problems were and fixed all of our issues in a timely and affordable manner.
