Based on the reviews, A.B. Genuine HealthCare is the absolute best. The nurse practitioner, Dr. Butler, and her staff are always very gentle, patient, understanding, and judgment free. The staff is friendly, super nice, and kind, not like other receptionists. There has never been a long wait for anything, not even a last minute sick visit. The team explains everything up front and does not leave patients in the blind. Their communication is great. Dr. Butler takes the time with kids to understand what is going on with them and their needs. She is great with providing reassurance and a sense of peace during stressful times. When needed, she is always able to refer to specialists who provide exceptional service. The office is very clean. This is one of the best nurse practitioners and everyone recommends this team to family, friends, and coworkers.
The absolute BEST there is! I was referred by Dr. Alexander and I come 35-45 minutes because she provides such great service. Myself nor my daughter has never left Ms. Butlers office and didn't have a smile! We love her! Ms. Butler and her staff are always very gentle, patient, understanding and JUDGEMENT free. There has never been a long wait for anything that I came in for, not even a last minute sick visit when I have them and the office is full. This is one of the best nurse practitioners I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and NP Butler is always available whenever I need to come in or bring my kids. It’s very clean and not long periods of wait time. I recommend all my family, friends and coworkers. She knows her job!!!!
