I must say I will not be returning, especially during the Night Shift! The day shift was pretty good they were great actually! Took maybe 25mins tops to be sent to the back to be seen. Day Shift nurses were very tentative. The PA was outstanding especially once the Night Shift came in he came in to check on me 3 times and Night Shift had not come by once! And it was already after 9pm. I called for assistance 3 times and they’d answer and say okay but never came until I got up and walked out and stopped a nurse myself. The first time I visited St Mary's on 10/14/23. The staff was professional, attentive, and very courteous. I had to revisit the emergency room on today. I received the same treatment. Thanks to everyone who played a part.
My granddaughter was extremely embarrassed when a male Hispanic nurse (Alex) came into the room, assumed she was there for something else. Just so unprofessional, he read her chart, came into the room, rolled his eyes, and told another nurse she comes here every month. That's why patients don't trust y'all.
