The facility calms clients down and takes wonderful care of treasured pets from evaluation through surgery and recovery, with pets doing excellent.
I have been going there for about 6 yrs
They are very professional. They talk to u not down to u. The doctor have always been nice and took the time to explain everything to me.
Every single person here is wonderful and they treat you and your pets like family. We called after hours for an emergency and they got us in first thing the next morning for surgery. Thank you VEI for taking such great care of us
Amazing care by EVERYONE, from the Veterinary doctors, technicians and front desk! VEI plano TRULY has cared about my dog, my concerns and his wellbeing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My dog had eye surgery with them almost a year ago , all went well and he continued to get check ups. He is so much better now :) !!
