1st time at this location. Stopped in for eyebrow threading and noticed multiple services including mani/pedi and facials. I opted for the herbal facial. Absolutely fantastic! Face massage was literally contouring!

I have been to various locations and they do a wonderful job! My only comment would be that if I only choose to do eyebrows, I do not wish to have additional comments various times throughout my session asking me if I would like other services.

If I say eyebrows only that that’s what I mean. The last several times I have come, even though I announce out loud at the beginning that I would just like eyebrows only today, several comments are made about how I “need “other services.

I’m going to start to tip less when I am not taken seriously. Please respect our wishes!

Thank you

I’ve been going to SOI Brows for four years and can always expect consistent, quality brow threading. On this visit, I went to this location and was assisted by Shrada. She was skilled, professional, and pleasantly polite, making sure I was happy with the outcome by checking twice with the mirror to ensure the shape was to my liking. They’re fast, efficient, and polite. I highly recommend them for their quality and great value.
