Started yoga for the benefit it has on my body and being in my 60’s I want to keep my body moving. Carlos has a fun & challenging way to learn the art of yoga. It affordable and has flexible times in studio and on zoom.Can’t thank Carlos enough!Hope to see you there!

Carlos was my best Yoga teacher in Texas. Then I had to move to New Jersey and worked with 6 Yoga teachers and Carlos is still the best. He broke every posture into detailed components and ensured you could do it perfectly. He was an Entertainment Director in a large resort in the past and could make the class very pleasant. He is the best ever!!! I missed him.

Perfect place to go if you're looking for a core workout! Carlos is really helpful and encouraging. He will give you personalized attention to correct your posture and make sure you're going at a good pace.
