I seriously have never experienced any negativity at any of the LAF locations. The staff of all I have visited are cordial, helpful and caring regarding their clients health and safety.

I usually go to the gym 2-3 times a week. The staff is nice and I really enjoy personal training and some of the classes. Compared to some of the nearby this location this one is a little outdated and I wish they offered more classes in the early morning like 5:30am so I could do a workout before work. Overall it’s a good workout experience just not super fancy.

I've been to many different gyms, and while this one isn't perfect, I personally think the equipment range is slightly broader than a couple other gyms around the same subscription price point. They also have a sauna which I surprisingly have a hard time finding in most other gyms.
The cleanliness and upkeep is definitely a concern in areas - the machines do have some rust in places from age, but not to an extent that might compromise the equipment. I don't use any of the pool/hot tub/shower amenities, but the sauna and weights in general seem fine. For the cost I would say this gym is alright.
