Appointment for first cleaning after implant surgery and was excellent experience. The staff is always so nice and do a great job. Dr Fitzgerald always checks everything to make sure things are going well. Love this office/staff and highly recommend them.Second cleaning appointment. Love this office. They always do a great job. The staff is amazing: so pleasant and do an awesome job. I highly recommend this office and team. You will love them.

I went to one of the "teeth in 24 hours" places. It was a horrible experience, I had multiple issues they kept disregarding, I was frustrated and felt hopeless. That all changed when I went to see Dr. Fitzgerald, he addressed my issues and concerns and fixed the problem. Great bedside manner, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I felt really comfortable and at ease. I wish I had come to Forte first to get all my work done instead of the other place. I highly recommend Dr. Fitzgerald and his whole team!!! They are caring, take the time to listen and do things right.

Dr Lee Fitzgerald is an amazing surgical dentist! He even has a history of sharing his surgical knowledge and experience in a classroom setting. This clinic is very neat clean and organized. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I love the environment this office has as soon as you enter the doors you feel welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend Dr Fitzgerald as your number one go to surgeon! This location also hosts a dental assisting school on the weekends and I hear their program is ? amazing
