About The Tile Shop

The Tile Shop, founded in 1985, is committed to inspiring and realizing home decor ideas, creating beauty both indoors and out. The company's associates travel across the globe, exploring the latest styles and innovations in materials such as porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine, and other natural stones. With a network of more than 100 stores, The Tile Shop offers a wide selection of high-quality tile products.

Customers have had mixed experiences with The Tile Shop. While the tile ordered is reported to be gorgeous and well-packaged, some customers have encountered issues with communication and the overall company culture. However, the store's associates, such as Shane Sweeney, Lesley Vazquez, Jamie, and Michelle, have been praised for their excellent customer service, design expertise, and willingness to assist customers in finding the perfect tile for their needs.

I choose to go to the Tile Shop for almost EVERY SINGLE NEED. They have up to date products and materials. They offer classes so tile setters can stay updated and knowledgeable. Their staff is friendly and well informed. They will provide a contractor list, help you find products, and provide assistance every step of the way.

I have to say that I received exceptional service from Bradley at The Tile Shop in Plano recently. I was skeptical at first, but he proved me wrong and did a great job. He was attentive to my needs, even though I wasn't sure what I wanted, he patiently worked with me. I chose quality of product and good customer service over price and I'm glad I did. Also, shout out to Yonce who displayed exceptional customer service as well, when Bradley was out of the office to assist with my order. I can honestly say, I will return to The Tile Shop if I'm in need of tile in the future.
