I have been a customer of Bit a Bliss for four years. Previous companies I’ve used have always done a great job initially, then over time I would notice more and more issues and items overlooked. I would end up canceling because I’d rather save the money and clean myself if it’s not going to be 100%. This has never happened with Bit a Bliss. Their crews are ALWAYS thorough. I can count maybe two times in four years I had to address something (we’re all human) and response was quick and said issue never happened again (it was really as small as a few dishes left out and not put in the sink).
