I rented online on 3/20 for pickup at Walmart on 3/21 and I got no confirmation email or confirmation number. I therefore had no way of retrieving my machine that I already paid for when I got to Wal Mart. Rug Doctor customer service lady I talked to on 3/21 was very nice and told me what my email is, so they did get it on file. Customer service assured me my refund will come that week. Then on 3/23 and 3/24 I got an email saying that my return is late and I will be charged for a late fee. I'm sure they sent more but I blocked the email. You've got to be kidding me.
