The Arthritis and Rheumatology Institute has a caring and knowledgeable staff. The doctors take the time to listen and understand patients' needs. Ibrahim Algwaider is an awesome medical assistant. He really takes the time to understand your concerns and needs pertaining to your health and shows kindness. Dr G and her staff are fantastic. They never rush you through your appointment and truly want to find the best solution to your issues. They are very flexible and provide a caring bedside manner. Ibrahim is thorough when doing initial intake information and always asks great follow-up questions. Ibrahim was a Godsend when medication did not arrive on time by mail. He made extra effort to find a pharmacy so patients could have a supply while waiting for the full prescription. He obviously cared about your health.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Ali’s incredible care and expertise. When a rare complication from a disease put me in a vulnerable position, she went truly above and beyond. She deeply cared about my well-being and helped guide me through my absolute worst moments. Thanks to her sharp insights and follow-up, she directed me to the hospital where I received the vital treatment I needed.
Dr. Ali combines brilliant medical insight with genuine empathy. She didn’t just treat my illness, she advocated for me as a person. I highly recommend her and the staff at A&R to anyone!
Dr. Ali is a kind hearted doctor who takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. My appointments don’t feel rushed nor my concerns brushed off. I was referred here and I’m pretty happy. They have an in house lab in case you opt for it. Wait time once at practice is very efficient :)
You get emails with quick labwork updates but won’t be able to review with Dr until your appointment.
My primary care physician highly recommended Dr. Gokaraju and to my surprise she was recommended to me also by my ophthalmologist. The office staff there were extremely helpful as it is not easy to get an appointment scheduled. They did their best after I explained my condition and kept me in mind in case of a cancellation and sure enough I was scheduled for an appointment within a couple of days. I really appreciated their effort and commitment.
