Larry is very responsive and really knows what he is doing, taking his job seriously and making sure customers are taken care of. James is happy to explain everything and is extremely professional, courteous, and fast. The company came out within a couple of hours, repaired the unit on the spot, and had the home cooling great. They installed a brand new AC unit before lunch the next day after a Saturday call, with the owner calling to explain the estimate and being very nice and helpful. Service is super quick with reasonable prices, and customers are never disappointed. The team is always prompt and friendly, though some wish they had someone on call for the weekends. Highly recommended for any HVAC issues, Quality Air should be the very first call, with 10-star service and excellent results.
Larry is very responsive and really knows what he is doing. We've had on-going issues with the A/C in the house we are renting, and he has been very gracious with his time with as busy as he is this time of year. Having been a mechanic myself for 15+ years, I understand fully how busy it can get this time of year when it comes to A/C issues. Our house was up to 80 inside the house on a Saturday evening, we messaged him just to let him know and expected him to visit either Monday or Tuesday. Can't say enough good things about our experience w Quality Air Heating & AC in Plainview. Called on a Saturday after 3 pm, and James was at our house (more than 30 mins away) before 5pm to check out our ancient AC unit in our 87° house on the hottest weekend of the summer. Brand new AC unit was installed before lunch on Monday. Extremely professional, courteous, and FAST service. Especially appreciated since our 1 month old, toddler, and 12 year old dog were miserably hot! The owner, Larry, called to explain the estimate on Saturday night and was so nice and helpful. Again, I highly recommend them.
Always prompt and friendly!! I just wish they had someone on call for the weekends. I had to call someone else when my AC stopped on a Friday night. But highly recommend Quality Air!!
