Quality Air Heating & Air Conditioning
“Larry is very responsive and really knows what he is doing. We've had on-going issues with the A/C in the house we are renting, and he has been very gracious with his time with as busy as he is this time of year. Having been a mechanic myself for 15+ years, I understand fully how busy it can get this time of year when it comes to A/C issues. Our house was up to 80 inside the house on a Saturday evening, we messaged him just to let him know and expected him to visit either Monday or Tuesday. But he went out of his way and came by within 20 minutes and looked at the unit. After swapping the filter he diagnosed the issue with the unit and said he'd look for the part come Monday. He takes his job seriously and makes sure his customers are taken care of. If anyone is in need of a company for the HVAC issues, Quality Air should be the very first call you make.”
