“I could not recommend O&M enough. After I had my foundation repaired it failed the hydrostatic test, two plumbers (including my long time plumbers could not find the break/leak). Called O&M, they found it immediately (there were actually many micro breaks that even I could see on the camera). They ended up doing a whole house replumb and their bid came in $18k under my original plumbers). It wasn't a seamless experience, there were issues with communication on arrival time, and duration of project (lack of project management) but they were relatively minor and addressed as soon as I raised my concerns.

Since then O&M has installed a new water softener on the money pit house (the one with foundation repair) and my new house. They have always honored their original quote even when having to make return trips (Home Depot put the first water softener on its side and had to be reordered). I recommend Ben at O&M to all my neighbors. They are fair priced, perform quality work and a local business.“

“Came home from a long weekend to a leaking water heater and I have no clue how to fix it. My wife went to social media and was referred to Austin Area Plumbing. I called them up and they were able to come out the following day. I did try calling the plumbers that originally worked on our house but they couldn’t come out for 2 or 3 days later. Garrett showed up from AAP the next day and was really nice and explained what he had to do, he was to replace the leaking expansion tank. I can’t express how nice Garrettt was and he also fixed the angle of the expansion tank which was hitting the wall next to the water heater.. We will definitely call AAP for future plumbing issues.“

After a $200 dx fee, I was told there must be a broken pipe under the slab , they couldn’t get through. Thousands $$$ to fix! So, I got a second opinion .. L & P ( Victor) somehow found a little plastic lid that had gotten stuck in the pipe. Voila! Bathtub unstopped & a major bullet dodged- whew ?
