Working with Jon at American Eagle Plumbing was a great experience. I needed some help with the existing water softener system (one that uses salt) for the house I recently purchased, and Jon came out to assess it and educate me on its use, as I had zero experience with water softeners. He was very patient with explaining how they work and how to maintain them. Because the existing system was over 15 years old, I opted to have Jon install a new system, and I'm very happy with the results. Jon and his son came out as our old water softener system was leaking. After a lot of great information from Jon, we had them install a new one. He also checked the water pressure which apparently exceeded the recommended pressure. They installed a pressure reducing valve & also had them flush the water heater. The work was efficient, professional and timely. The communication skills are excellent. We will be using American Eagle Plumbing, Inc for all our plumbing needs.
