“I was at this place mainly bcz of Ms . Straus( FNP-C) though I have the ability to meet up with any provider at any facility . She is an amazing person with an awesome Knowledge and kindness . I have known her since 2019. After she moved from William cannon location I was very devastated but at least now I get the chance to meet up with her for other care at this location as well as to direct my daughter to her.

The entire staff (doctors, nurses, techs) is very professional, prompt, polite, positive, caring, comforting, starting with the call center / triage, where nurse Maria went extra mile (in an after hours ARC callback) to patiently and thoroughly note my allergenic evolving symptoms and found a doctor's booking next day (my pcp being booked for a month), very amazing help!
Dr Lydia Wolf shows very high professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge of varoius symptoms and their interactions, prompt diagnostics, treatment and referrals, and also is very caring and patient, she does not miss or rush with any detail, excellent doctor!
The nurses, Luz, Sharon, are very caring, kind & professional, going the extra mile to help with insurance clarifications for specialist referral and very prompt follow-up to call me with the lab results. The receptionists (Hernan, Priscilla) provide a very welcoming, positive, friendly atmosphere and prompt help, i.e. I forgot to ask for some lab tests during my visit and Hernan called the dr office and in the next minutes I was walking in the lab down the hallway to get the blood tests, amazing.
The lab did very prompt work. Olivia (phleb), Marina (phleb), Sage (phleb) show high professionalism (I felt nothing during the blood sample drawing), care, politeness, positivity. The techs Deanna and Abeer process the samples very fast & accurate.
The entire team (doctor, receptionist, lab, nurses) provided an exceptional environment.
The call center (i.e. Frank) is very caring, thorough in noting & assesing the case and routing promptly to the respective nurse.
The facility is new, modern, easy parking.

“There are plenty of parking options. Wheelchair friendly parking and door access. They have an open wait area with a TV that plays cartoons for the kids. I arrived early and was taken to the back quickly. The doctor was friendly and explained different things and options to me thoroughly. Lab work is done in the same office. Overall, it was a good visit!“
