We have had a Water Furnace Geothermal system for about twenty years. It was installed by Tony Johnson's dad. The system includes two units for the house and a pool heater. Tony has serviced the system the entire time. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious and practices great customer service. He is one of the original employees of the new TUM Service organization in Austin. He has done two things for us since joining TUM. He installed an Aprilaire system in our attic in conjunction with us having the attic spray foamed. He replaced the original pool heater.
