First off, Jose with JD cooling understands what great customer service is. I called him on a Saturday and he was at my house within an hour. I had a fairly minor problem (drain line) and he had it fixed with a minimum disruption to my day, and a fair price. He even provided a quote for a more permanent repair (which I need) that was equally fair. Easy guy to work with.
Its a shame you can't find more companies like this to work with. Fair, hard working, honest and friendly.
We were having issues and we called Jose. He came out after hours and gave us an honest assessment of our system, a great price, and stayed to clean the unit to help us get some immediate relief from the heat. Call Jose when you need AC work.
