I made an appointment and due to a staffing issue was not seated for about 45-60 minutes. During my appointment the manager came to me and offered a discounted service due to my unforeseen wait. I really felt like they took care of me and did a great job with my nails! I will go back.

Very beautiful and spacious interior. I loved that half of the pedicure massage chairs were set up in groups in their own little nooks, great for groups wanting to sit together and not have to yell down the line and also those not wanting to feel so exposed. We didn’t have an appointment and got immediate service. The color books were extensive and VERY well compared to other places. I think this on account of it being a chain. My friend who lives in Louisville,KY goes to one here and suggested we go here while she was visiting.
