Damon at Floor & Decor provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. As a DIY home renovator who enjoys taking the worst house on the block and transforming it into one of the best, I rely heavily on knowledgeable professionals and Damon exceeded every expectation.
He took the time to walk through several solutions for my shower, backsplash, and exterior ledger stone installation, explaining the pros and cons of each option so I could make the best decision for my project. He also recommended the right grinder accessories and helped me find the perfect manual tile cutter, saving me both time and money.

Sheila was amazing, I am renovating my house, and I was not sure about the flooring colors she had a lot of patience with me, helping me choose the palette of colors and the combination. She was knowledgeable about all the products and prices. It's not my closest store, but I would definitely drive the extra miles to get the same customer service.
Javi is AWESOME!! My BF and I came here to look for flooring and neither of us know anything abt flooring. Javi was EXTREMELY helpful in explaining the different flooring options and also provided recommendations based on our budget. I didn’t realize picking out flooring was so complicated!
