“I had my first appointment with Amber and the moment I walked in, it felt like I knew her my whole life.Her customer service skills are amazing as not only did she advise me of every step during my lash removal (I had a set from another artist ), but she took the time to do a brief consultation . We discussed what lengths & set I wanted as well as she advised of what lengths she used on me. She also took the time to write the lengths down so she will remember for my fills. She was very positive & we had a very nice conversation. Her suite was very clean as well!I have found my new lash tech. Thank you so much Amber ☺️“

“I'm never disappointed when I come here. Shanida always does an amazing job! I am natural and usually wear my hair curly so I'm always paranoid about heat damage when I get a silk press. She maintains the health of my hair and my curls always revert back. I love the vibe and decor in the salon. My favorite part is when you have an appointment, she only works on you! I hate when stylists work in other people but delay your appointment. I'm always in and out. She's comparably priced to most other salons in the area and always does a bomb job. And my sell presses last me almost a month with her if I wrap it nightly and don't work out. I high recommend coming here!“

“So I had originally made an appointment for another place but they didn’t have the correct glue so I googled and Amazing Lash Studio came up and I called and Maritza answered she answered all of my questions I had I did inform her that I needed to use a special glue for allergies because my eyes will get irritated and I explained what happened in the past when I at another place she explained everything step by step and informed me of how it works there with them she advised me of prices and I informed her I would arrive within 10 min so I get there and once I arrived she greets me with her soft voice and explains everything to me so I ask if they had any availability at that moment so this young lady named Michelle was sitting next to her and she was also exiling the length the time it works take so I was well informed I absolutely loved the customer service well Michelle hadn’t had lunch so I over heard but she still took me in even though it would take more than an hour to do my lashes so I was greatly appreciated for that. She finished and she made sure I was comfortable with the way my lashes came out and I was they where absolutely beautiful when it was time to go I payed and they explained the after care and the membership but I had to go because I had received a call and it was an emergency but I did call the studio yesterday Saturday 9/30/23 and once again Maritza explained to me how the membership works so I’m definitely going tomorrow 10/2/23 to go sign up for that membership and start saving on my lashes great place, high quality and great customer service I definitely recommend this studio on pearland pkwy you will definitely not regret it.“

“Was my first time to have my lashes done, Mimi’s amazing at her job, her hands are very light and gentle. Searched for different lash studios within the area with high reviewes and came up with H-lash PMU and thankfully it did not disappoint. I also had to reschedule several times but they’re so considerate and accomodating, definitely a must try.“
