“I had a appointment with Lori to get highlights,when I made the appointment I explained that I had thin hair , as soon as I walked in an sat down Lori started telling me that my hair was compromised and that I needed a hair cut and to buy some products and then come back in a month ,I told her that was not a option,so she then told me that she would do a heavy conditioner but she would not do the all over highlights, she would only do 6 to 8 on the top and 3 to 4 on the sides ,I was very upset I at this point I felt that I was going to pay a lot of money for almost nothing I had been in her chair for a hour and she had done nothing but made me feel like I had the worst hair in the world ,I had no chemicals on my hair In over 2 years ,their was also another lady across the Way named Mrs Rachel,she said I will do it , she then came over and talked to me and said ,she didn't know what she was talking about that my hair was not what she had said , she did my highlights and they came out just as I wanted,she was very nice and I would like for y'all to know that Mrs Rachel was amazing and she did a great Job .“
