Visited this store the other day & all encounters with Ulta employees were pleasant until I got to the register. Jimena was training someone & yikes she was pretty awful. Jimena was rude, impatient, & sharp with her words. Along with my purchase I had a birthday gift offer & when I asked about the options she stated she didn’t know & pushed a cardboard box with rubber bands to me. She had no product knowledge of those items & told me to look on the app myself to get the information. My first time at this particular location & I think I’ll pass on future visits.
I went to get my hair colored with Jody. She was so sweet and kind to wait on me. I'm definitely coming back to her again. Highly recommended and I appreciate her waiting on me even if I was a bit late on my appointment. Thanks again!
I appreciate every single sales person that works at Ulta for helping costumers and for putting up with rude costumers during the holidays! Some people feel like they are superior to others specially those who are in retail and every single person that works at Ulta manages to stay professional and help as best as they can.. I will definitely keep going to this store..
