Michael is a vast knowledge resource as well as an excellent masseur. In my decades of massages, this is the first time that the practitioner not only identified my specific muscles that get sore at the gym and target them with massage, but helped me understand what muscles I am underusing, so I can target them at the gym! He also knows a lot about nutrition, supplements, and holistic medicine. Don’t get me wrong, he’s not trying to practice outside his field … just fascinating to talk to, as well as delivers a great massage.
I loved the massage it was amazing, but my goodness the other workers we so darn loud when talk to each other, walking in the massage area! I couldn't fully relax! I've been here before and never experienced that until today.
